Brass City Charter School

For the academic year 2014-2015, BCCS will receive $11,000 per student from the State of Connecticut. This is approximately $3,000 per pupil less than the actual cost of running the school.

We need to raise almost $400,000 in 2014-2015 in order to provide the best possible equipment and services to our students. Projects sought for FY2014-15 include:

• Purchase of Chromebooks for our 1st and 2nd grades plus charging carts, WiFi expansion, and assessment software
  
• Purchase of classroom libraries for grades pre-K through 2
  
• Purchase of books and supplies for our Science program
  
• Coverage of professional development fees for our teachers
